STEPS OF GETTING
A LICENSURE
FIRST :
GETTING THE INDUSTRIAL OR VOCATIONAL LICENSURE :

Presenting an order to get a licensure, then a
letter will be directed to the concerned section.

The
approval of administrative section _+ Price Offer
of the machine + Catalogs or photos of the machines,
and a copy of the ID card of the Personal
establishment or Partnership Company Contract +
Licensure fee of the industrial establishment / 15
000.00 ? Syrian Pounds Fifteen thousand ( 2000, 5000
or 10 000 for the vocational establishment according
to the place of building ; village, area or
governorate ).

Preparing a study of the industrial establishment,
sending it to the Ministry of Industry . after
issuing the Licensure Resolution by the ministry,
it will be handed over to person . But as for
vocational establishments a licensure resolution is
prepared after delivery of the approval of the
administrative section to the concerned person
immediately.
SECOND
: THE INDUSTRIAL RECORD AND THE INDUSTRIAL
CERTIFICATE ARE PREPARED FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT, AND THE
VOCATIONAL RECORD AND CERTIFICATE OF PRACTICING A
VOCATION AFTER SUPPLYING THE FOLLOWING:

The
industrial record and certificate.
- Bringing the
resolution of the administrative licensure from the
concerned administrative section.
- Commercial
Record from the Department of supply and Home trade.
- A certificate
from the Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
- Paying the fee
of Syrian Pounds 10 000
- Paying survey
fee of Syrian pounds 1000 at the chamber of Industry.
- The approval of
social insurance est.

Vocational
record and certificate of practicing a vocation.

Administrative Licensure
Resolution from the section concerned.

The approval of the social
insurance est.
-
The approval of joining the
vocational union.
-
Paying the fee of Syrian Pounds
3000.
-
Paying the fee of Syrian Pounds
500 at the Chamber
of Industry.
N. B. REGARDING Industrial
Establishments which need analyzing a sample, the
sample should be sent to be analyzed, then bringing
the standard measures, and sending a letter to the
engineers' association to nominate a specialized
engineer for engineering supervision purposes on the
establishments which need engineering supervision.
3. Required documents to register a Private
Industrial Vehicle :
-
A
certificate from the Chamber of Commerce and
Industry regarding industrial establishments, or a
certificate from the vocational union regarding a
vocational establishment.

A letter of
Free of Debts issued by the Social Insurance Est.
-
Stating the
model of the vehicle, its gross weight, and tare
weight.
-
Carrying
out a survey on the establishment to verify that it
is going on and working, after that the certificate
is issued immediately.
