ABOUT THE DIRECTORATE OF INDUSTRY

General  Outlook 

Latakia Directorate of Industry was established in 1961.  It is directly linked with the Ministry of Industry. It receives all its instructions from the ministry of industry . the directorate is considered the official  entity which supervises and controls  the Private industrial and vocational sector in latakia according to the industrial law No. 21 of the year 1958 concerning  the organizing and encouraging of industry , and also the legislative decree issued in 1952  regarding industrial vocations, and the establishments of investment law no. 10 of the year 1991 and its amendments.

 SERVICES SUPPLIED BY THE DIRECTORATE OF INDUSTRY :

1. Facilitating  and hasting all formalities and procedures of getting all works done for all citizens.

2. Finding out solutions for all obstacles that may face men of industry and vocations as soon as possible.
